Season the minced meat with salt and pepper. Heat vegetable oil in a saucepan, fry onions and garlic in it. Add the minced meat and fry. Add the vegetable stock, leek and potatoes and simmer for 20 minutes. Add the processed cheese and sour cream, bring to the boil briefly, thicken as desired and add the chives. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg and serve.
