Ingredients
- 1 leek, cut into small pieces
- 4 medium potatoes, cut into small cubes
- 500 ml vegetable stock
- 100 g processed cheese
- 100 g sour cream
- 1 medium onion (s), chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 1 pinch (s) nutmeg
- Salt and pepper, whiter
- Vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon chives

- Season the minced meat with salt and pepper. Heat vegetable oil in a saucepan, fry onions and garlic in it. Add the minced meat and fry. Add the vegetable stock, leek and potatoes and simmer for 20 minutes. Add the processed cheese and sour cream, bring to the boil briefly, thicken as desired and add the chives. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg and serve.
