  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 package pizza dough from the cooling shelf, for tray
  • 1 medium onion (s)
  • 1 packet cream cheese
  • 1 leek
  • salt and pepper
  • parsley
  • 100 g cheese, rated, possibly

Instructions

  1. First peel the onion and cut into cubes. Fry in a pan with the minced meat and season with salt and pepper. Then wash the leek and cut into fine to medium-thick rings and add to the minced meat in the pan. Fry briefly.
  2. Wash and chop the parsley and add to the pan with the processed cheese. Possibly add seasoning. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (top / bottom heat).
  3. Roll out the pizza dough and cut out circles using a glass. Make sure that the circles are larger than the hollows of the muffin tin. Place the circles in the hollows and fill with the mince and leek mixture. If necessary, cheese can be sprinkled over it.
  4. Bake the muffins for about 15-20 minutes, depending on how brown you want them to be. A fresh green salad goes well with it.
