Ingredients
- 250 g rice
- 500 ml vegetable stock
- 0.5 ½ onion (s)
- 400 g minced meat, mixed
- 1 shallot (s)
- 1 chilli pepper (s)
- 1 red pepper (s)
- 100 ml cream
- 75 g yourt
- 150 g ketchup
- salt
- pepper
- basil
- thyme
- Salt (tomato salt)
- 50 g cheese

- Cook the rice in the vegetable stock.
- Peel and dice the onions and fry them in a hot saucepan. Add the minced meat, chop and fry with it.
- Wash the shallots, chillies and peppers and cut into small pieces. Add to the saucepan with the rice. Deglaze with cream. Add the yoghurt and ketchup, stir everything well and bring to the boil. Season with salt, pepper, thyme, basil and tomato salt. Dice the cheese, put it in the saucepan and let it melt with the saucepan closed. Serve hot.
