Ingredients

  • 2 cup rice
  • 200 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 medium onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 0.5 ½ package soup greens (TK)
  • 1 handful vegetables, fresh, e.g., Broccoli
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons curry
  • 2 teaspoons turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder
  • 1 tablespoon sherry
  • 2 cup broth
  • 2 cup coconut milk
  • salt
  • olive oil

Instructions

  1. Roughly dice the onions, peel off the garlic and dice. Fry in a non-stick pan with a little oil. Just before they turn brown, add the rice and spices. Sweat while stirring.
  2. Pour the vegetable stock over them and allow to swell while stirring. If the rice mixture becomes thick, add coconut milk. If the rice is firm to the bite but not too soft, turn off the stove and add the vegetables. Let it flow on.
  3. Fry the mince in a separate pan with olive oil. Add to the rice and season with sherry, salt and the remaining spices. Let it soak for another minute.
