Ingredients

  • 400 g potato (s), mainly waxy
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 100 g mushrooms
  • 0.5 ½ bunch chives
  • 3 tablespoon oil
  • 250 g minced meat, mixed
  • salt and pepper
  • 100 g peas, frozen
  • 150 ml whipped cream
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ paprika powder, noble sweet
  • 1 teaspoon sauce thickener, light

Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes, cut in half and, covered in salted water, bring to the boil and cook for approx. 20 minutes.
  2. Cut the onion into small cubes. Clean and quarter the mushrooms. Cut the chives into fine rolls. Put 3 tablespoons of oil in a large pan and heat. Fry the mince in it until crumbly. Salt and pepper. Add onions and mushrooms and fry for approx. 3 minutes. Add the frozen peas, 150 ml whipped cream and 150 ml water. Season with salt, pepper and 1⁄2 teaspoon sweet paprika powder. Bring to the boil and bind with 1 teaspoon light sauce thickener.
  3. Finally drain the potatoes and serve with the sauce and sprinkled with chives.
