- 900 minced meat, mixed
- 2 rolls
- 2 egg (s)
- 1 red pepper (s)
- 1 onion (s)
- 1 parsley
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste

- Soak the rolls. Cut the paprika into small cubes, chop the parsley, dice the onion.
- Mix the mince with the bun, eggs, bell pepper, parsley mustard. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Put in a muffin pan and bake at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
