- 500 g onion (s)
- 500 g leek
- 1 ½ liter beef broth
- 400 g processed herb cheese
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- salt and pepper
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon basil
- Cayenne pepper

- Sear the minced meat in a little oil and stir-fry for 20 minutes with the finely chopped onions and leek. Add the broth and bring to a boil. Then add the processed cheese, season with the spices and bring to the boil again. It is best to let it cool down overnight.
- Warm up before serving.
