Instructions
Fry the minced meat in a pan until crumbly. Add the sauerkraut, harissa and salt. Crush the garlic and add it as well. Cook with the lid on for about 10 minutes.
Add crème fraîche and stir well.
In addition, waxy potatoes taste best (in my opinion).
