Instructions

  1. Put the minced meat in a bowl. Peel the onion and add finely chopped.
  2. Wash the bunch of parsley, pat dry and finely chop except for a few twigs for decoration. Mix with the meat mixture and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Whisk an egg if you like and mix in. Garnish with parsley.
  4. Fresh rolls or a hearty farmer`s bread go well with it.
