Instructions

  1. Cut the fish into large cubes and fry briefly in a non-stick pan. Add white wine, onions, garlic and mushrooms and cover and simmer for approx. 20 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and simmer for another 4 minutes.
  2. Arrange on a plate and decorate with the chopped parsley, serve immediately
