Instructions

  1. Cut the halloumi cheese into 5 mm thick slices. Fry these in oil until they are light brown and crispy. Finished.
  2. Then cut the tomatoes, the cucumber and the sheep`s cheese into small cubes and the onion into rings. Pour olive oil over it and season with a little salt and pepper.
  3. Arrange the halloumi slices with the salad and serve.
