Instructions

  1. Cut the halloumi into rectangular, bite-sized pieces. Also cut the mango into bite-sized cubes. Cut the zucchini into thin, flexible, long strips. If it is not too wide, this can ideally be done with a grater.
  2. Then roll the halloumi into the zucchini slice and secure with the skewer. Then skewer a piece of mango. Repeat this until the skewer is full.
  3. Make a marinade with a little olive oil, a little salt and chilli and brush the skewers with this before grilling.
