Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a pan until it gets nice and hot. Cut the pumpkin into small cubes, without the seeds and, if it`s a different pumpkin, without the skin.
  2. Wash and clean the zucchini, carrot and kohlrabi and also cut into small cubes and fry in hot oil. Then add the onion, the chopped or chopped garlic and the cleaned bell pepper, which has been cut into sticks.
