Ingredients
- 150 g pumpkin meat, Hokkaido or other
- 100 g zucchini
- 1 small carrot (s)
- 0.5 ½ bell pepper (s), red
- 100 g kohlrabi
- 1 large onion (s)
- 3 tablespoon bulgur
- 1 bulb / n garlic, Chinese
- 3 tablespoon oil, (rapeseed oil), for frying
- Seasoned Salt
- 1 bottle cream (you may822; cream)
- 0.5 ½ hot peppers, red
- Lemon pepper

- Heat the oil in a pan until it gets nice and hot. Cut the pumpkin into small cubes, without the seeds and, if it`s a different pumpkin, without the skin.
- Wash and clean the zucchini, carrot and kohlrabi and also cut into small cubes and fry in hot oil. Then add the onion, the chopped or chopped garlic and the cleaned bell pepper, which has been cut into sticks.
- Steam everything briefly and add the bulgur and the peppers with seeds. At the end you add the whole bottle of you may cream and let it reduce a little.
- The dish is ready and tastes very good. If you don`t want to do without meat, you can sear minced meat beforehand, but you don`t have to be.
