Ingredients
- 250 g flour
- 125 g butter, soft
- 125 g suar
- 2 egg yolks
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ vanilla sugar
- some almond (s), whole, peeled
- food coloring, green

- Mix the soft butter with sugar and egg yolks until foamy. Gradually sift the flour. Knead well and color green with food coloring.
- Then wrap the dough in cling film and place in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
- Then shape them into small sausages, depending on how big you want them. Score finger joints with a knife. Place an almond on each as a fingernail and press it into place.
- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C and then bake your fingers for 10-20 minutes depending on how you want to brown and the size you choose.
