Mix the minced meat with onions, breadcrumbs, eggs and sour cream, season with salt and pepper.
Place a slice of ham and a slice of cheese on top of each other. Put a portion of mince on top and roll up. Place the roulades in a baking dish.
Mix the cream, crème fraiche and chili sauce, season with salt, pepper and chili powder and pour over the roulades. Bake at 180 degrees for about 1 hour.
