Instructions

  1. Whisk the eggs and season with salt. Cut the ham into small pieces. Heat some butter in a pan. Pour in the eggs, spread the ham on top of the eggs and sprinkle the cheese on top. I always make so much cheese on it that there is a little cheese all over the pan. Mix and let set.
