- Line a loaf pan (25 cm long) with baking paper. Preheat the oven to 180 °.
- Beat the eggs with the oil until frothy. Gradually stir in the flour, baking powder, a pinch of sugar and milk.
- Wash the figs and cut into fine wedges.
- Cut the ham into strips approx. 1 cm wide. Fold the figs, ham and cheese into the batter. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Pour the dough into the mold and bake in a hot oven (center, convection 160 °) for approx. 45 minutes until golden.
