Ham and Fried Egg Sandwiches Instructions

  1. Prepare all ingredients: 3 bread slices, 150g ham, 3 eggs, 3 teaspoons mayonnaise, and salt.
  2. Heat enough oil to coat a skillet over medium heat. Fry each bread slice for 1-2 minutes per side until golden brown. Transfer to a plate.
  3. Spread 1 teaspoon of mayonnaise on one side of each bread slice.
  4. Slice the 150g ham thinly and layer over the mayonnaise on each bread slice.
  5. Heat a bit more oil in the skillet over medium heat. Carefully crack the 3 eggs into the skillet, spacing them so they don't touch each other.
  6. Fry for 2-3 minutes until the egg whites are completely set and the yolks remain runny. Season with salt to taste.
  7. Place one fried egg on top of each sandwich.
  8. Serve immediately.

        Enjoy your meal!
