Instructions

  1. Trim the fat from the ham and cut the slices into small cubes.
  2. Mix the cream cheese and parmesan into a smooth mixture, then add the ham cubes and stir until evenly distributed.
  3. Hollow out your chosen ingredients (mushrooms, paprika, or potatoes).
  4. Fill the hollowed items with the cheese and ham mixture.
  5. Place in a preheated oven and bake at 150-220°C (302-428°F) for 15-45 minutes, depending on what you're filling.
  6. Filled mushroom heads work well served as appetizers.
