Grate the cheese on a fine grater. For the onion, finely chop only the white part (the green part is not needed here).
Fry curry over low heat in a dry skillet for 20 sec. Combine curry with mayonnaise, red and black pepper to taste.
Combine curry mayonnaise and onions, then add cheese and mix thoroughly.
Grease each slice of ham with cheese mass, roll into a roll. Place the rolls on a dish seam side down, cover with foil and place a lightweight on top. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, preferably 1 hour. Take out, hold for 10-15 minutes. at room temperature and serve with green lettuce leaves.
