Ingredients
- 500 g cooked toast ham in slices
- 500 g of cheese (Edam, Russian, Gouda)
- 5-6 tbsp mayonnaise
- 3-4 cloves of garlic
- a small bunch of green onions
- 1/2 tsp curry powder
- red hot pepper on the tip of a knife
- freshly ground black pepper

- Grate the cheese on a fine grater. For the onion, finely chop only the white part (the green part is not needed here).
- Fry curry over low heat in a dry skillet for 20 sec. Combine curry with mayonnaise, red and black pepper to taste.
- Combine curry mayonnaise and onions, then add cheese and mix thoroughly.
- Grease each slice of ham with cheese mass, roll into a roll. Place the rolls on a dish seam side down, cover with foil and place a lightweight on top. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, preferably 1 hour. Take out, hold for 10-15 minutes. at room temperature and serve with green lettuce leaves.
