Season the ham schnitzel with pepper, salt and paprika.
In a pan, fry the onions cut into half rings, the peppers cut into strips and the mushrooms in a little olive oil until soft, season with garlic.
Brush four sufficiently large pieces of aluminum foil a little with olive oil. Place one ham schnitzel on each piece of aluminum foil. Place a slice of roast turkey slices on each schnitzel and a slice of slices on top. Then comes the vegetable mixture. Close the aluminum foil tightly.
Place the schnitzel on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 200 C for about 30 minutes.
