Cut the sheep`s cheese into small pieces, crush it with a fork or shred it electrically. Cut the ham very small. Mix both with cream cheese, sour cream and chives, season with salt, pepper, paprika and garlic.
Place the puff pastry on a baking sheet with parchment paper and gradually distribute the mixture evenly over the pastry, preferably with a tablespoon. Finally, sprinkle with some grated cheese and, if you like, with oregano.
Bake at 180 ° C on the middle rack for about 20 minutes, until the dough is golden brown.
