• 125 g sour cream
• 60 g mayonnaise
• 25 g tomato ketchup
• 2 tablespoon tomato (s), chopped (fresh, canned or tetrapack)
• 3 pickles, chopped
• 0.5 ½ onion (s), chopped
• 1 clove (s) garlic, very finely chopped
• Tabasco
• salt

Instructions

1. Mix the sour cream, mayonnaise and ketchup together. Add chopped tomatoes, chopped pickles, chopped onion and chopped garlic clove and stir in. Season to taste with salt and Tabasco. Let it steep for a moment because of the garlic.
