Meanwhile, cut the onions, garlic and sun-dried tomatoes into small pieces. Steam the onions in a pan until translucent with the oil from the tomatoes. Then add the tomatoes and fry everything. Finally add the garlic and fry everything for another 2 minutes. The garlic has to be added at the end, otherwise it will be bitter! Season with salt and pepper to taste.
As soon as the pasta is ready, drain it and then add the vegetables to the pasta in the saucepan. Pour the grated cheese over it and stir everything through well.
