Steam the Brussels sprouts until they are almost soft. Mix the mince with the rest of the ingredients (except bacon). Pour half of the minced meat into a greased dish, place the drained Brussels sprouts on top and spread the remaining minced meat mixture on top. Cover with breakfast bacon slices, bake in a preheated oven at 220 degrees for about 60 minutes.
Mashed potatoes or boiled potatoes go well as side dishes. We still serve a hunter`s sauce with it.
