Instructions

  1. Season the minced meat with salt and pepper. Peel and finely dice the onions. Heat the fat in a pan and pick the minced meat in small pieces, the size of a nut, and fry until crispy, then add the onion cubes and brown them with them. Then add the tomato paste and roast briefly. Now bring to the boil with a splash of vinegar and the water or broth and simmer gently for about 15 minutes.
