Heat the oil in a pan and fry the minced meat well.
Chop the onion, garlic cloves, bell pepper, raisins, olives and tomatoes and sauté them with a little olive oil in a second pan. Add tomato paste and white wine. Everything should now simmer on a low flame for about 3 - 4 minutes, then mix in the minced meat, mix everything well and let it boil again briefly. Season to taste with salt, pepper and possibly Tabasco.
