Ingredients

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 2 bell peppers, red and yellow
  • 8 clove garlic
  • 3 tomato (s)
  • 100 g olives, black
  • 100 g raisins
  • 3 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 200 ml white wine, drier
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly Tabasco

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the minced meat well.
  2. Chop the onion, garlic cloves, bell pepper, raisins, olives and tomatoes and sauté them with a little olive oil in a second pan. Add tomato paste and white wine. Everything should now simmer on a low flame for about 3 - 4 minutes, then mix in the minced meat, mix everything well and let it boil again briefly. Season to taste with salt, pepper and possibly Tabasco.
  3. White rice goes well with it.
