Ingredients

  • 400 g beans (reen beans), fresh or frozen
  • Water (salt water)
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 500 g round meat or mixed minced meat
  • 1 small Can (s) tomatoes, peeled
  • 1 small Tin / n tomato (s) (pizza tomato)
  • 150 g olives, black, pitted
  • 150 g sheep cheese
  • 6 stalks thyme
  • 3 stalks savory
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, hot pink

Instructions

  1. Pre-cook the beans in salted water until they are firm to the bite, rinse and let cool down a little. Finely dice the onion.
  2. Heat the oil in a large pan with a high rim or a large saucepan. Fry the minced meat in it until crumbly, sweat the onion with it. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Add both types of tomatoes, mash lightly with a wooden spoon. Simmer everything for 5 minutes.
  3. Fold in herbs, beans and (possibly halved) olives, heat briefly in them. Crumble the sheep`s cheese, add half of it to the mince mixture and heat it up briefly. Put the rest of the cheese on top of the mince mixture at the table. Rice and bread go well as side dishes.
