Ingredients

  • 500 g white cabbae, finely chopped
  • 4 tablespoon oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 280 g round beef
  • 2 onion (s), finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon, heaped curry
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder
  • 0.25 liter ¼ water
  • 6 tablespoon tomato ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

Instructions

  1. Fry the finely chopped cabbage in hot oil, sauté briefly until translucent, season with salt and pepper.
  2. Sear the minced meat with the onions in an extra pan, add the cabbage, add water, curry, paprika, ketchup and sugar and let everything stew in the closed pan for 20-30 minutes.
  3. Rice goes best with it.
