- 200 g minced meat, half + half
- 1 zucchini
- 1 onion (s)
- 1 cup rice
- 1 cup crème fraîche with herbs
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- salt and pepper

- Fry the minced meat with the chopped onion.
- Divide the zucchini in the middle and core. Then cut into small pieces and add to the fried mince. Add a cup of rice. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add the two cups of creme fraiche and let it simmer over a low flame for about 15 minutes.
