Ingredients

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 2 spring onion (s)
  • 1 kohlrabi
  • 4 carrot (s)
  • 150 ml beef broth
  • 200 ml cream
  • 1 teaspoon curry paste, red
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon processed cheese
  • 0.5 ½ pack cream cheese
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the spring onions into rings, the kohlrabi and carrots into small strips. Then fry the minced meat in a pan and add the spring onions. When the minced meat is halfway done, add the kohlrabi and carrots. After 2 - 3 minutes add the tomato paste and lightly roast, deglaze with the beef stock. Then add the curry paste, processed cheese and cream cheese and finally deglaze with cream and reduce until the mincing pan has the desired consistency. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Rice, pasta and also potatoes are an excellent accompaniment.
