Ingredients
- 5 cl rum (Havana Club, 3 years)
- Sugar syrup
- Peppermint, for decoration
- Lime juice
- 6 cl puree raspberries
- Ice (crushed ice)

- Put the ingredients in a shaker in order and shake. Then pour into a glass and put a hood of crushed ice on it. Garnish with a lime zest and a raspberry.
- With this recipe, Robert Ruthenberg from the Brennbar in Nuremberg took 2nd place at the Havana Club Cocktail Grand Prix 2000.
