Add 1.5 tbsp vegetable oil to the mixture and stir. Add 450g sifted wheat flour and knead for 8-10 minutes until you have a soft dough. Cover the dough with a towel and let it rise for 40-50 minutes until it triples in size. Boil the 180g chicken fillet in water for 12-15 minutes until it reaches 74°C / 165°F internally, then cut into medium pieces. Cut the 150g canned pineapples into medium pieces. Oil your hands and roll out the dough into a circle, then place it on a pizza pan or baking sheet. Brush the dough with 2 tbsp ketchup. Spread the cooked chicken and pineapple pieces over the dough. Grate and sprinkle 50g hard cheese over the pizza. Drizzle 1 tbsp mayonnaise over the pizza. Bake in a preheated oven at 200-220°C (390-430°F) for 15 minutes until the cheese melts and the crust is golden.
