Hawaiian Pizza with Pineapple and Chicken

Delicious Hawaiian pineapple chicken pizza is easy to make at home. The result is a hearty and unusual treat for the whole family. Take note of the recipe!

Ingredients

  • Wheat flour – 450 grams
  • Water – 180 Grams
  • Vegetable oil – 1.5 Art. spoons
  • Sugar – 0.5 Teaspoons
  • Salt – 0.5 Teaspoons
  • Yeast – 5 grams (dry)
  • Chicken fillet – 180 Grams
  • Cheese – 50 grams (hard)
  • Pineapples – 150 grams (canned)
  • Ketchup – 2 tbsp
  • Mayonnaise – 1 Tbsp. the spoon

Directions

  1. Prepare the ingredients for the dough.
  2. Prepare the ingredients for making the filling.
  3. Pour sugar and salt into warm water, stir the liquid.Add dry yeast to water and stir again.
  4. Pour in some vegetable oil.
  5. Add the sifted flour.
  6. Knead a soft dough, leave under a towel to rise for 40-50 minutes.
  7. The yeast dough has tripled, wrap your hands oiled in oil.
  8. Roll out the dough in a circle and brush with ketchup.
  9. For the filling, cut the boiled chicken fillet and canned pineapples into medium pieces.
  10. Spread the filling onto the pizza.
  11. Sprinkle the grated cheese over the pizza.
  12. Pour the mayonnaise on the pizza.
  13. Bake the pizza in an oven preheated to 200-220 degrees for 15 minutes. The pizza will be fluffy and soft. The cheese will melt.
