Ingredients

  • 12 pork schnitzel or chicken schnitzel
  • Salt and pepper, freshly ground
  • 1.2 liters whipped cream
  • 3 cups crème fraîche
  • Sauce thickener
  • 3 packs sauce powder for cream sauce
  • soy sauce
  • 600 g ham, diced
  • 12 slices pineapple
  • 24 slices cheese (processed cheese )
  • 24 cocktail cherry (s)

Instructions

  1. Rinse the schnitzel under cold running water, pat dry, cut in half and season with salt and pepper. Place the schnitzel in a greased baking dish. Mix the cream with the crème fraîche, sauce powder, pepper, salt and soy sauce. If the sauce is too thin, thicken it with a sauce thickener as desired. Pour the sauce over the schnitzel. Spread the ham cubes on the schnitzel.
  2. Place the casserole dish in the oven for approx. 35 minutes on top / bottom heat: approx. 200 ° C (preheated) Fan oven: approx. 180 ° C (not preheated) Gas: level 3 - 4 (preheated).
  3. About 5 minutes before the end of the cooking time, place the pineapple on the schnitzel, spread the cheese on top and top with cocktail cherries.
