Ingredients

  • 3 slices bacon
  • 1 banana (s)
  • 2 slices toast
  • some pepper
  • some butter

Instructions

  1. First fry the bacon slices in the pan, you don`t need to add any oil, otherwise it will be too greasy.
  2. While the bacon is frying, peel the banana and first halve it in the middle and then divide the 2 parts again in the middle.
  3. When the bacon is nice and brown, put the banana in a hot pan, it`s best to use butter here. First put the banana in the pan with its back and while it is frying, add the toast to the toaster and turn the banana over when it is nice and brown. When it is well browned, sprinkle some more pepper over it, preferably from the mill.
  4. Put the toast on the plate, put the bacon and banana on top and ready to enjoy.
