Pizza in a Pan (with Chicken and Pineapple)

Pizza in a frying pan turns out to be incredibly tasty, juicy and aromatic. Thin crust, crispy crust, lots of filling and cheese. In my family, such pizza is very popular, as pizza from yeast-free dough is prepared very quickly and easily. Any filling can be used, and you will always be satisfied with the result!

Cook: 35 minutes

Ingredients

For the dough:

  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Sour cream – 1 tbsp
  • Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp
  • Flour – 150 g
  • Soda – 1/3 teaspoon.
  • Salt – 1/3 teaspoon.

For filling:

  • Chicken breast – 400 g
  • Canned pineapples (rings) – 170 g
  • Hard cheese (Russian and mozzarella) – 300 g
  • Salt – 1/3 teaspoon.
  • Ground black pepper – 1/3 teaspoon.

For the sauce:

  • Fresh parsley – 1 bunch
  • Garlic – 2 teeth
  • Mayonnaise – 1 tbsp
  • Mustard beans – 1 tbsp

For frying:

  • Vegetable oil – 3 tbsp

Directions

  1. Wash the chicken breast, dry it and cut it lengthwise into several parts.
  2. Distribute salt and ground black pepper over the chicken meat.
  3. Fry the breast in a frying pan with a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil for a few minutes on each side, until tender.
  4. Cool the fried chicken breast and cut into small cubes.
  5. Russian cheese and mozzarella cheese (total weight 300 g) are rubbed on a coarse grater.
  6. For the sauce, grind a bunch of parsley in a blender with the addition of 2 cloves of garlic and 1 tbsp mayonnaise. Add 1 tablespoon to the resulting mass. l. mustard beans. (This sauce can also be used with meat, for dressing salads. Delicious!)
  7. Let’s prepare a yeast-free pizza dough. Break 1 egg into a bowl, add 1 tbsp vegetable oil, 1 tbsp sour cream of any fat content, add 1/3 teaspoon. soda and 1/3 teaspoon. salt, mix well with a whisk.
  8. Pour 150 g of flour in several steps, knead the dough. The dough should be soft, slightly sticky to your hands.
  9. Roll out the dough into a layer, approximately 1-2 mm thick, according to the dia of your pan. I have a frying pan with a diameter of 28 cm.
  10. Pour 1 tablespoon into the pan. l. vegetable oil and spread the dough. Distribute the prepared sauce over the dough.
  11. Lay out pineapple slices and chicken cubes.
  12. Put the cheese on top.
    Cover the pan with a lid and bring the pizza with chicken, pineapple and cheese until cooked, first over medium heat, then reduce the heat to low. Cooking pizza in a pan will take 10-15 minutes. Cooking time depends on the thickness of the dough and the layer of cheese. (This pizza can be cooked in the oven if desired.)
  13. A fragrant, juicy pizza with chicken and pineapple is ready.
    You can use any filling for pizza in a frying pan: fried mushrooms, sausage, ham with tomatoes, in general – to your taste.
