  • 2 cloves garlic

  • 100 g pineapple, fresh
  • curry
  • 150 ml chicken broth

  • Ginger powder

Instructions

  1. Wash the chicken breast fillet, pat dry and cut into strips. Heat the oil in a pan with a high rim and fry the meat in it. Peel the garlic and press it through a garlic press with a little salt. Peel the shallots, cut into rings and add to the meat with the garlic. Cut the pineapple into pieces and also add. Dust the whole thing with curry and pour on the chicken broth. Season to taste with the various spices and salt and let simmer briefly. Finally refine with the sour cream.
  2. Instead of fresh pineapple, canned pineapple can also be used.
