  • Curry Paste – 0.25 Cup
  • Coconut Milk – 2 Glasses
  • Chicken breast (fillet) – 2 Pieces
  • Fish sauce – 3 Tbsp. spoons
  • Sugar – 0.25 Cup
  • Green beans – 200 Grams
  • Hot pepper – 1 Piece
  • Onion – 1 Piece
  • Pineapple – 200 Grams
  • Olive oil – 1

  1. Slice the onion.
  2. Fry with oil.

  3. Cut the chicken fillet into strips.
  4. Add to skillet, sauté everything together.
  5. Add coconut milk.
  6. Then – green beans.
  7. Then – pepper cut into strips.
  8. Cut the pineapple into cubes.
  9. Add pineapple, sugar, fish sauce to the pan, stir, simmer for 5 minutes. Salt if necessary.

  11. Serve the chicken curry with rice.
