• 250 g butter
• 125 g suar
• 4 egg (s)
• 200 g flour
• 2 tablespoon hazelnuts, ground
• 2 cl brandy
• 1 apple

Instructions

1. Mix the butter with the sugar until frothy. One after the other, add the eggs, flour, hazelnuts and brandy.
2. Then peel the apple, cut into small cubes and fold into the mass.
3. Then bake in a greased waffle iron.
