Mix all ingredients (except for the couverture). I usually warm up the butter a little beforehand so that the mixture becomes nice and creamy.
Put the dough in a greased loaf pan and bake at 175 ° C for about 40-50 minutes. If you prick the cake with a needle, no more batter should stick to it.
Let the cake cool down. Melt the couverture and coat the cake with it on all sides.
My loaf pan is 30 cm long - that`s why the cake makes about 15 pieces for me.
