Halve the hazelnuts and soak them with the raisins in currant juice and apple juice overnight.
Wash oranges, peel 1 fruit, squeeze both. Measure out 200 ml of juice. Cut the peel into narrow strips.
Pour 500 ml of boiling water over the bowl, tea mixture, cinnamon, cloves and star anise. Let steep for 10 minutes, strain and heat with raisins, hazelnuts and juice. Stir in orange juice, lemon juice and honey.
