- For the dough:
- Mix butter, sugar and egg yolks for 10 minutes until frothy. Add the hazelnuts, salt and flour. Let the dough rest in the cold for 1 hour.
- To shape:
- Roll out the dough 1 cm thick. Cut finger-length and finger-width stalks, brush with egg yolk.
- To bake:
- Bake in the middle of the oven preheated to 180 degrees (gas mark 2) for 20 minutes.
