Instructions

  1. Cut the peppers and zucchini into small pieces and cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces. Fry everything together with the oil (or the vegetables separately from the chicken).
  2. In the meantime, halve the cherry tomatoes, wash and dry the lamb`s lettuce and put everything in a salad bowl. Drain the corn from the can and add.
  3. Mix the soy sauce with lemon juice, cane sugar (or low-calorie sweetness) and balsamic vinegar and use it to deglaze the vegetable pan. Chop the parsley and mix in.
  4. Divide the salad on plates and serve the vegetables with the chicken canapes.
