First cut the peppers, zucchini and spring onions into small bite-sized pieces.
Sauté them in a little olive oil in a normal sized pan for about 10 minutes so that they are soft. Then add the spaetzle and fry until the spaetzle are ready to eat.
Then add the chopped tomatoes and the strained tomatoes. Add some still water and about a teaspoon of sour cream, or more if necessary. Let this simmer for a few minutes. Now season with a lot of pepper, salt and paprika. Add grated cheese and bring to the boil one last time. Taste and enjoy.
Of all the ingredients, more or less can be used depending on taste and preference.
