Instructions

  1. Fry the onion in a large saucepan with a little butter. Peel and chop the vegetables in the pot, fry them briefly, add 1L vegetable stock and simmer for about 10-15 minutes.
  2. Take the saucepan off the hob, puree with the cream and add the chopped wieners. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
